The Student-Athlete Day
No two days are ever the same at Omnia—but every day is built for growth. Student-athletes begin their mornings with approximately three hours of focused academics (Monday–Thursday), supported by a certified teacher and tailored virtual learning. After lunch and time to recharge with friends, the energy shifts and where elite sports training begins under the guidance of former pros and experienced coaches.
Fridays often bring something special—whether it’s a full day of advanced training, field trips with hands-on learning, or mentoring sessions with professionals from across the sports industry. From scouting and coaching to sports science and media, our students explore career paths that fuel their passion beyond the game.

At Omnia, we train the whole athlete. Leadership, discipline, resilience, and respect are built into every moment—on the field, in the classroom, and in life. It’s more than a schedule—it’s a journey of purpose, character, and unmatched opportunity.

The OMNIA Advantage
A New Sports Academy Experience
Elite Training
Our training goes far beyond the basics. Designed and led by seasoned professionals—including former MLB player and minor league coach Kory DeHaan—our program blends elite-level instruction with a modern, holistic approach to player development. Every session is intentional, every drill is purposeful, and every athlete is coached to grow in all facets of the game. Hitting begins with the fundamentals of barrel awareness—helping athletes understand their swing path and consistently find the sweet spot. We instill a mindset of conviction at the plate, teaching players how to develop a strategic, confident approach that performs under pressure. Pitchers are developed from the ground up, with a focus on building total-body athleticism to support arm health, velocity, and control. Through individualized programming, athletes strengthen their arms, refine their mechanics, and learn how to command the game. Strength and conditioning is integrated into every athlete’s development plan. We build powerful, agile, explosive athletes using baseball- and softball-specific programming that enhances performance, reduces injury risk, and prepares players for the demands of higher levels. Mental performance is a core pillar of our training. We equip athletes with tools to develop confidence, focus, and emotional control. Whether facing adversity on the mound or leading from the dugout, our athletes are taught how to respond with resilience and composure. Nutrition education ensures that every athlete understands how to fuel their body for optimal performance and recovery. We emphasize sustainable habits that support strength, endurance, and overall health—building not just better players, but stronger individuals. And finally, we develop baseball and softball IQ—the instinctual, in-game awareness that separates good players from great ones. From mastering defensive positioning to understanding situational strategy, athletes leave our program with a deeper understanding of the game and their role in it. At Omnia, we train athletes to think sharper, move faster, and lead with purpose. This is where skill meets strategy—and passion becomes potential.
Unleash Potential
Flex Academics
Academics are more than a requirement—they’re a foundation for life after the game. Our academic program is designed with the same level of care and intentionality as our athletic training: personalized, flexible, and built to meet each student where they are. We offer a virtual learning environment that gives student-athletes the freedom to focus on their sport without compromising their education. But this isn’t a hands-off model. On-site support is a key part of the experience. Our dedicated teacher and tutor are present daily to guide, encourage, and ensure every student is staying on track with their coursework and personal goals. Whether a student needs help catching up, wants to accelerate their progress, or simply needs clarity on a tough subject, we’re here to support them. From core graduation requirements like English, math, science, and social studies to elective pathways that spark curiosity, we make sure each athlete is not only eligible, but truly prepared for whatever comes next. We also go beyond the traditional classroom. Our academic program includes practical, real-life lessons—like understanding personal finance, opening a bank account, managing a budget, or preparing for college admissions. These are skills that empower students to succeed in life, not just in school. At Omnia, education is not separate from athletics—it complements it. When student-athletes feel confident in the classroom, they carry that confidence into every other part of their lives. Our goal is to help them become thoughtful, capable young adults who are ready for college, career, and whatever path they choose to pursue. Because building a great athlete starts with building a great person.
Learn with Purpose
Live Your Sport
True development goes beyond skill. It’s about perspective—seeing the bigger picture, understanding the game from every angle, and discovering how your passion fits into a greater purpose. That’s the vision behind our Inside the Sport Series: an immersive learning experience designed to connect student-athletes with the world of professional baseball and softball like never before. Led by MLB alumni, scouts, coaches, umpires, and industry professionals, this series opens doors to the careers, decisions, and behind-the-scenes moments that shape the game at the highest level. These aren’t just guest appearances—they’re real conversations, hands-on sessions, and career-defining insights from people who’ve lived it. Athletes might sit in a room with a former major leaguer breaking down a pivotal at-bat, or discuss player development with a coach who spent years building elite rosters. One day, they may find themselves walking through the back offices of a major league team, learning how scouting reports are written—then writing their own and having them reviewed by an actual scout. From visiting spring training facilities to exploring game-day operations, our students experience firsthand how professional teams function beyond the diamond. They learn how scouts evaluate potential, how coaches build game plans, and what leadership looks like when careers and championships are on the line. But this series is about more than exposing students to potential career paths. It’s about deepening their love for the game. By seeing it through the lens of those who live and breathe it, our athletes gain greater appreciation, drive, and maturity—not only as players, but as learners, thinkers, and leaders. Inside the Sport fuels curiosity, sparks new ambitions, and gives athletes the kind of real-world context that can't be found in a textbook or training drill. It’s where passion meets possibility—and the game becomes more than just something they play.
Ignite Passion
TRAVEL AND SCHOOL BALL
At Omnia Sports Academy, student-athletes are encouraged to stay competitive by participating in both travel baseball/softball and school teams. We proudly partner with HitLab for travel opportunities and welcome Omnia students to try out for their teams. Since Omnia operates under a home education model, students are also eligible to try out for their local public high school teams under Florida law. Whether it’s travel ball, high school competition, or both, our athletes have the flexibility to stay in the game year-round.
